1. 新版STAI状態－特性不安検査の特性不安尺度得点が標準得点の下位30パーセンタイル値未満である

2. 脳疾患、精神疾患、心疾患、呼吸器疾患の既往ある

3. ゆっくりとした呼吸により息苦しさやめまいなどの症状を経験したことがある

4. 自律神経系に影響を与える薬剤を服薬している

5. 課題の遂行に支障をきたす神経障害、視覚障害がある

1. The trait anxiety score of State-Trait Anxiety Scale-Form JYZ is less than the lower 30 percentile of the standard score

2. History of brain disease, head injury, psychiatric disease, cardiac disease, and respiratory disease

3. Experience of symptoms such as breathlessness and dizziness by slow paced breathing

4. Taking medication that affects the autonomic nervous system

5. Neurological or visual disability that interferes with the performance of tasks

主な結果/Results

日本語
群と訓練の2要因混合計画の分散分析の結果、心拍変動に関してRMSSDとHFにおける有意な群と訓練の交互作用が認められ、心拍変動バイオフィードバック訓練群がペース呼吸訓練群よりも訓練前後でRMSSDとHFが増加したことを示した。しかし、行動学的課題の成績とEEGには有意な交互作用および主効果は認められなかった。

The results of two factor mixed-design analysis of variance with group and training revealed significant interactions of Group and Training in RMSSD and HF with regard to heart rate variability and showed that RMSSD and HF increased in the heart rate variability biofeedback training group than the paced breathing training group before and after the training. However, there were no significant interactions and main effects in the behavioral task performance and EEG.
