目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究は、要介護高齢女性に対するボッチャ運動の効果を明らかにし、ボッチャ介入後の気分状態や健康関連QOLの変化を検討することを目的とした。	This study aimed to clarify the effects of boccia exercise on elderly women in need of long-term care and examine the changes in mood state and health-related quality of life after intervention with boccia.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	Y市の高齢者デイサービスセンターで、介護を必要とする高齢女性を募集する。利用者の病態と障害の種類は、脳卒中、変形性関節症、骨折による麻痺を例とする。65歳以上の健康高齢女性を対照群とする。	An elderly woman in need of care is recruited at the local adult day health center in Y city. The patient's pathology and type of disability will be examples of paralysis due to stroke, osteoarthritis, and fracture. Healthy elderly women over 65 years of age will be used as the control group.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	上肢が完全に麻痺している人は、この研究には含まれていない。	An individual with complete paralysis of the upper limb was not included in the study.

組み入れ参加者数/Number of participants that the trial has enrolled	20
主な結果/Results	介入群（要介護高齢女性）10名と対照群（健康高齢女性）10名の気分状態について，怒り，疲労，緊張，友好，総合的気分状態に有意な相互作用が認められた。介入群では怒り, 緊張, 総合的気分状態で有意な改善を示した。一方，対照群では疲労，友好で有意な悪化がみられた。健康関連QOLスコアでは、体の痛みのみが有意な交互作用を示し、対照群で体の痛みの有意な悪化が示された。	The POMS2 score (anger-hostility: AH, fatigue-inertia: FI, tension-anxiety: TA, friendliness: F, total mood disturbance: TMD) presented significant interaction effects. The intervention group: IG expressed significant improvements in AH, TA, TMD. In contrast, the control group: CG showed significant worsening in FI and F. In the SF-36v2 score, only bodily pain: BP showed a significant interaction effect, while the CG showed significant worsening in BP.
