選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1)頚部に痛みを訴える者
2)僧帽筋上にトリガーポイントが認められる者

英語
1) Subjects who complain of neck pain.
2) Subjects who have myofascial trigger point(s) in the trapezius muscle.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)過去に頸椎に対する手術を受けた者
2)頸椎の骨折または脱臼を有する者
3)神経学的所見に異常が認められる者
4)鎮痛薬服用を要する者
5) 全身性に痛みを訴える、または関節リウマチ、腫瘍等の転移、線維性筋痛症、
脊椎または椎間板の腫瘍、感染症、あるいは全身性疼痛の原因となるその他の疾患の既往を有する者
6)心臓に障害がある者
7)ペースメーカーなどの電磁障害の受けやすい体内植込型医用電子機器を使用している者
8)重度の血行障害がある者
9)糖尿病など高度の末梢循環器障害による知覚障害を有する者
10)めまい、ふらつきなどの平衡感覚に異常のある者
11)妊娠中の者
12)試験参加1週間以内にマッサージ、鍼灸、神経ブロック治療等の治療を受けている者
13)過去に交通事故によるむち打ちの負傷経験がある者
14) その他、担当施術者が不適当と判断した者除外基準

1)Subjects with the past history of spinal surgery.
2) Subjects with spinal fracture or dislocation.
3)Subjects with neurological sings
4)Subjects with analgesics.
5) Subjects with complain of systemic pain, or those with a history of rheumatoid arthritis, metastasis such as tumor, fibromyalgia,Tumors of the spine or intervertebral disc, infections, or other diseases responsible for systemic pain.
6)Subjects with heart disease.
7)Subjects with active implantable medical devices such as pacemakers.
8)Subjects with severe hematogenous disorder.
9)Subjects with sensory abnormality caused by peripheral circulatory disturbances such as diabetes.
10) Subjects with balance disorders
11) Pregnant subjects.
12) Subjects who received treatments such as massage, acupuncture, nerve block, etc, whthin 1 month from the start of the study.
13)Subjects with a history of whiplash injury due to traffic accidents.
14) Subjects whom are recognized as inadequate subjects by the experimenters.
