目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究では、発達期及び成人のてんかん治療における神経科学的エビデンスの創出と、それを基にした人工知能による治療の最適化を目的とする。	The purpose of this study is to generate neuroscientific evidence for the treatment of epilepsy in developmental and adult patients, and to optimize treatment using artificial intelligence based on this evidence.

目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others	てんかんの薬物治療・外科的治療の前後において計測される脳波や脳磁図等の画像検査や認知機能検査、発達心理検査等の神経科学的検査を観察し、治療予後との関係を明らかにする。また、そのデータを基に、人工知能による治療の最適化を試みる。	We will observe imaging tests such as electroencephalogram (EEG) and magnetoencephalogram (MEG), and neuroscientific tests such as cognitive function tests and developmental psychological tests, which are measured before and after pharmacological and surgical treatments for epilepsy, and clarify their relationship with treatment prognosis. Based on the data, we will try to optimize the treatment by artificial intelligence.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	小児てんかんでは大阪大学てんかんセンターもしくは大阪母子医療センターに通院する15歳以下のてんかん患者で、治療開始後1年間のフォローが可能なもの。 成人てんかんでは大阪大学医学部付属病院または市立吹田市民病院に通院する16歳以上のてんかん患者で、治療開始後1年間のフォローが可能なもの。いずれも発作型については問わず、書面による同意を得られたものを対象とする。	In the case of pediatric epilepsy, epilepsy patients 15 years of age or younger who are admitted to the Osaka University Epilepsy Center or Osaka Women and Children Hospital and who can be followed for one year after the start of treatment. Adult epilepsy patients must be at least 16 years old and attending the Osaka University Hospital or Suita City Hospital, and must be able to be followed for one year after the start of treatment. In both cases, any seizure type is acceptable, and only those who have given written consent will be eligible.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	研究者が不適格と認めたもの及び、発作頻度と発作型が不明なもの。	Those deemed ineligible by the investigator and those whose seizure frequency and type are unknown.

その他関連情報/Other related information	てんかん患者の投薬開始前後の脳波から1年後の発作予後を予測する。また、投薬情報や発作頻度、神経心理検査などのコホートを形成する。	Predict seizure prognosis at 1 year based on EEG before and after the start of medication in epilepsy patients. In addition, a cohort will be formed based on medication information, seizure frequency, and neuropsychological testing.
