主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

プログラムのフィージビリティについて、質問紙およびヒアリング調査により確認する。
- リクルート状況（依頼した病棟／看護師数と研究に参加した病棟／看護師数）、適格基準（病棟単位の介入は適切だったか、適格基準に入っているが研究に参加しなかった理由）
- データ収集状況（回答率、欠損項目）
- 脱落率（30%以上の場合はプログラム内容を再考）
- 研究および介入を完了するために必要となるリソース（介入期間、プログラムの所要時間、アンケート回答のための所要時間、介入日程や参加者を決めるのに要した時間）
- 参加者の介入に対してのアドヒアランス／参加者の介入の実施状況（病棟で介入が実施された程度、参加しなかった理由）（病棟で介入内容が実施されたと回答した看護師数が50%未満の場合はプログラム内容を再考）
- 看護師長の介入に対してのアドヒアランス（このプログラムが病棟内で実施されていた程度）
- 参加者にとっての介入とデータ収集の受容性、介入の影響のメカニズムの解明（参加率が悪かった場合はその理由、介入に取り組んだ印象や経験）（プログラムを満足だと評価した看護師が60%未満の場合、介入による有害事象が発生したと１件でも報告された場合はプログラム内容を再考）

日本語
チーム・ジョブ・クラフティングプログラムは、病棟チーム単位で実施される3か月のプログラムで、2つのパート (どんなチーム・ジョブ・クラフティングを実践するかについて検討するパート；チーム・ジョブ・クラフティングを実践するパート) で構成される。検討パートは、1か月目に2回に分けて実施される。その後、2か月目から3か月目までの2か月間、実践パートが実施される。

※　本研究では、病棟をチームとする

The team job crafting program is a three-month program that is implemented in teams on the wards and consists of two parts: a discussion part on what kind of team job crafting should be practiced, and a practice part on team job crafting. The discussion part is conducted in two sessions in the first month. After that, the practical part will be conducted for two months from the second to the third month.

In this study, the ward will be considered as a team.
