| 主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes | SSSの低異形度管状腺腫、と高異形度管状腺腫または癌の鑑別能を前向き試験にて感度・特異度・正診率。内視鏡治療前にSSSで術前診断し、内視鏡治療後の病理診断と比較する。 | Sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of the simple scoring system. Endoscopic diagnosis was performed before endoscopic treatment(ER). Endoscopic diagnosis using SSS was compared with pathological diagnosis after ER. |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | 術後病理診断が腺腫または癌でない症例。
SSSによる内視鏡診断ができなかった症例(部位の問題で拡大で画像を十分に評価ができなかった、拡大機能を持つ内視鏡を用いなかった) |

| その他関連情報/Other related information | Simple scoring system(SSS)を用いたSNADETの診断能を前向きに検討する。SSSとは、白色光で色調・腫瘍径,NBI拡大で表面構造・異常血管の4項目を判定し,スコアリングする。色調：白色/同色(±0)・発赤(+1)、腫瘍径：10mm未満(±0)・10-20mm(+1)・20mm以上(+2)、表面構造不整：なし(±0)・あり(+1)、異常血管：なし(±0)・あり(+1)で、5点満点とし,3点以上をHGA/ACと診断する。 | This is the prospective study. We examined the diagnostic accuracy of the simple scoring system for the SNADET. |
