選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	近畿地区のA大学に通う女子学生（20～22歳）18人であり，運動習慣のない者とした。 運動習慣の定義：国民健康栄養調査で示されている「1回30分以上の運動を週2回以上実施し，1年以上継続している者」	Eighteen female students (20-22 years old) attending University A in the Kinki region, who had no exercise habit, were selected. Definition of exercise habit: "Those who exercise for 30 minutes or more at least twice a week and continue to do so for one year or more" as indicated in the National Health and Nutrition Survey.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	健常者	Healthy person
