目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究の目的は，精神科デイケアおよび精神科病院における作業療法の利用者を対象に，APO-15の推定システムを活用したPOBPの長期介入の効果を準実験的に検証することである．	The purpose of this study was to quasi-experimentally examine the effects of a long-term intervention of POBP using the APO-15 estimation system in users of occupational therapy in psychiatric daycare and hospitals.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	介入は，各施設で行われている通常の作業療法プログラム（デイケアプログラム）にポジティブ作業に根ざした実践（POBP）を加えて介入する（5ヵ月間）．介入後は，介入効果が持続しているかを含めてフォローアップ期を設けるようにする（1ヵ月間）．POBPの介入頻度は週1回以上とする．	The intervention will be conducted by adding positive occupation-based practice (POBP) to the regular occupational therapy program (daycare program) conducted at each facility (5 months). After the intervention, a follow-up period (1 month) is planned to ensure that the effects of the intervention are sustained. The frequency of POBP intervention should be at least once a week.

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	80 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	①医師から統合失調症などの精神疾患があると診断され，治療期間が１年以上ある者，②年齢が20歳以上から80歳未満の者，③APO-15の推定システムによる評価結果が，ランク1からランク4の範囲である者，④研究内容が理解でき，参加に同意できる者，⑤主治医の判断の下，病状が比較的に安定しており，本研究への協力が可能であると判断された者	1) those who have been diagnosed by a physician as having a psychiatric disorder such as schizophrenia and have been treated for at least one year, 2) those who are between 20 and 80 years of age, 3) those whose evaluation results by the APO-15 estimation system are in the range of rank 1 to 4, 4) those who understand the contents of the study and are able to consent to participation, 5) those whose medical conditions are relatively stable and who are judged to be able to cooperate in this study based on the judgment of their attending physician.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	①病状が不安定であり，主治医などから本研究に最後まで参加することが難しいと判断された者，②年齢が20歳以下，または81歳以上の者，③APO-15の推定システムによる評価結果がランク5である者，④本研究に同意しない者	1) Those whose condition is unstable and who are judged by their attending physician or others to be unable to participate in this study to the end, 2) Those whose age is less than 20 years or more than 81 years, 3) Those whose evaluation result by the APO-15 estimation system is rank 5, 4) Those who do not consent to this study.

主な結果/Results	本研究の結果，推定システムを活用したPOBPは評価指標の11要因（15要因中）で介入効果を認めた．具体的には，主要アウトカムのPANAS（ポジティブ感情），SHS（主観的幸福感），LASMI（合計得点，日常生活，対人関係，労働または課題の遂行，持続性・安定性）に効果が認められた．また副次アウトカムでは，APO-15（合計得点，ランク値，ポジティブ関係，達成，エンゲージメント）に効果が認められた．

参加者の流れ/Participant flow	研究協力施設における作業療法の利用者で，本研究の概要を記したポスターをホールなどの目に付きやすい場所に掲示して参加者を募った．本研究に関心を持った者には，スタッフが本研究の概要を記した資料を用いながら内容を詳しく説明し，参加の同意を得るようにした．また，本研究で定められた対象者の選定基準を満たしているかも確認された．

評価項目/Outcome measures	効果指標は，主要アウトカムにポジティブ・ネガティブ感情スケジュール（Positive and Negative Affect Schedule：PANAS），主観的幸福感尺度（Subjective Happiness Scale：SHS），精神障害者社会生活評価尺度（Life Assessment Scale for the Mentally Ill：LASMI）を採用し，副次アウトカムにはAPO-15を採用した．
