選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)左心耳切除術が施行された患者。
(2)（1）手術施術時点で20歳以上の患者。
(3)本人により文書による同意を得られた患者。

(1) Patients who underwent left atrial appendage resection
(2) Patients 20 years of age or older at the time of left atrial appendage resection
(3) Patients for whom written consent has been obtained by the individual

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) ステロイド剤を服用している方、自己免疫疾患、癌の治療中の方、BおよびC型肝炎ウイルスに罹患されている方
(2) その他、本研究の担当医師が不適当と判断した患者

(1) Patients taking steroids, autoimmune diseases, undergoing treatment for cancer, or suffering from hepatitis B and C viruses
(2) Other patients who are deemed inappropriate by the physician in charge of the study
