① 診療上もしくは過去の臨床研究で、NUDT15の遺伝子多型について既知の患者（クローン病、潰瘍性大腸炎、非炎症性腸疾患を問わない）
② チオプリン製剤投与中でない患者

Patients with known polymorphisms of NUDT15 gene (regardless of Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or non-inflammatory bowel disease).
2) Patients who are not receiving thiopurine.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

担当医師が、人権保護の観点及び研究の目的に応じた健康状態、症状、年齢、同意能力、担当医師との信頼関係を考慮して、不適当とみなした場合
