選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	①本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者 ②研究目的で検体が既に保管されている研究対象者については、本研究への参加について自由意思による同意が得られた者、もしくは研究の参加について拒否しない者	(1) Patients who have received sufficient explanation in participating in this study, and have obtained written consent by the patient's free will after sufficient understanding. (2) For research subjects whose specimens have already been stored for research purposes, those who have voluntarily consented to participate in this research or who do not refuse to participate in the research.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	①血液検査が不可能であるもの ②その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者	(1) Those for which blood tests are not possible (2) Others who are judged by the principal investigator to be inappropriate as research subjects
