目的1/Narrative objectives1	過去の研究で発表された、従来の手術方法においての粘弾性物質吸引時のレンズの回転度と、今回の方法においての回転度を比較し、今回の方法に対する有用性を検証する。	To compare the degree of toric IOL rotation during OVD removal using conventional surgical technique and the degree of toric IOL rotation using current technique.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	手術動画から、レンズの上の粘弾性物質を抜く直前の、静止画として切り抜く。画像上で、眼の特徴となる部分を２点捉えて線でつなぎ、トーリック眼内レンズの特徴となる部分も２点捉えて線でつなぐ。２つの線が交差したところの角度を測る。粘弾性物質を抜いた直後を静止画として切り抜き、同様に角度を測る。粘弾性物質吸引前と吸引後の角度の違いを粘弾性物質吸引時の回転度数として、過去の研究で発表された、従来の手術方法においてのレンズの回転度数と、今回の方法においての回転度数を比較する。	Images taken before and after removal of OVD are captured from the recorded video. A reference line is determined by connecting two critical details, and another line is determined by joining two details on the IOL. The angle at intersection of these two lines is measured, and the difference in the angles before and after OVD removal was defined as the angle of rotation. The angle of rotation during OVD removal using the current technique and conventional technique are compared. The angle of rotation using conventional technique is published in previous study.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	白内障手術を受け、今回の方法を使用してトーリック眼内レンズを挿入した患者	Patients who underwent cataract surgery with implantation of toric IOL using the current technique.

その他関連情報/Other related information	粘弾性物質を使用した従来の手術手技は、粘弾性物質で満たされた眼内にレンズを挿入し、レンズの位置を調節して、粘弾性物質を吸引するという方法である。この方法だと、粘弾性物質吸引時にレンズが大きく回転してしまうため、再度レンズの位置調節が必要となる。 今回、トーリック眼内レンズを挿入する新しい方法として、眼内レンズを入れた後に、レンズの上に粘弾性物質を注入し、その下に水を入れてレンズを回転し、最後にレンズ上の粘弾性物質を吸引する方法を実施する。	The conventional surgical technique using OVD, IOL is inserted into capsular bag filled with OVD, adjust the position of the IOL, and then remove the OVD. In this method, the IOL rotates during removal of the OVD and needs to be readjusted. With the new technique, after inserting of toric IOL, OVD is injected above the IOL and BSS is injected under the OVD. IOL is rotated to the final position and the OVD is removed.
