目的1/Narrative objectives1	・日本におけるPV患者の症状の種類と頻度、さらにこれらの症状がQOLに及ぼす影響について、医師と患者間において、その認識の差を検討すること ・PVの症状が患者の就労状況に及ぼす影響を明らかにすること	- To investigate the types and frequency of symptoms in PV patients in Japan and the impact of these symptoms on the quality of life, and to examine the differences in the perception of these symptoms between physicians and patients - To clarify the influence of PV symptoms on the employment status of patients
