目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	肩甲帯周囲のストレッチを中心とした運動を指導することにより，労働者のデスクワーク前後の自覚的な肩こりの強さやデスクワーク中の肩甲帯の動きに変化があるかを検討すること。	To examine whether the subjective symptoms of neck and shoulder discomfort and motion of shoulder girdle in workers would change after receiving the guidance for the exercises of shoulder girdle

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	集団を対象とした40分程度，1回のオンラインのセミナーにて，整形外科医師が肩こり対策のポイントの解説と，肩こり対策のための，ストレッチを中心とした数秒間のエクササイズを実演，指導する。	The participants will receive the guidance from the orthopedic surgeon regarding the tips for managing the neck and shoulder discomfort and the stretching exercises targeting for neck and shoulder discomfort during the 40-mininute web seminar.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	20歳以上の労働者で研究参加への同意が得られ，就業時間内のデスクワーク中にセンサーを装用できる者	Workers who are 20 years old or older, consent for the participation, and are able to wear the motion senser during desk work
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	20 歳未満，または頚部や肩関節の疾患や手術歴がある者	Individuals who are younger than 20 years old, those with disorders of neck or shoulder, and those with history of surgery in neck or shoulder
