目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
1）EPISが、ヒト皮膚の基礎発汗を含む皮膚の微細構造をIMTと同様に画像化できるか検討する。特に、皮溝と皮丘の発汗滴を正確に検知するか、皮溝のパターン（キメ）が正確に検知できるか観察する。(IMTで得られる皮丘の発汗滴数、皮溝の発汗滴数、キメのグレード分類、の一致率。EPISとIMTで得られた皮丘と皮溝の発汗滴数と角層水分量との相関係数を比較する。
2）EPISは皮表の水分量を検知できるはずなので分泌される汗が角層表面での拡大する様子を観察できるかを探索的に検討する。
3) EPISを用いて測定した皮膚や被験者に有害事象がないことを確認する。

1) To examine whether EPIS can image the fine structure of human skin including basal sweating in the same way as IMT. In particular, observe whether the sweat droplets on the skin grooves and hills can be detected accurately, or whether the pattern (texture) of the skin grooves can be detected accurately. (The number of sweat droplets on the skin ridge obtained by IMT, the number of sweat droplets on the skin fold, and the grade classification of the texture. Compare the correlation coefficients of.
2) Since EPIS should be able to detect the amount of water on the surface of the skin, it will be exploratory to investigate whether the secreted sweat can be observed to expand on the surface of the stratum corneum.
Confirm that there are no adverse events on the skin or the subject measured using EPIS.

EPISにより算出された皮丘と皮溝に分泌される基礎発汗滴数（個/cm2）が同一部位を対象にしておこなったIMTによる皮丘と皮溝に分泌される基礎発汗滴数（個/cm2）の一致率

・検査時の自覚症状(痛みスコア)、検査後の皮膚の変化（臨床写真）
　　　　 ・有害事象が発生した場合は、臨床研究補償保険に加入し対応する。
