本研究の目的は腸骨筋の走行上で刺鍼を容易にできる部分として上前腸骨棘の内方に注目し、その部位への安全深度並びに角度について超音波画像装置を用いて検討する。

超音波画像装置で腸骨筋の位置を同定できたのち、その部位へ鍼刺激並びにその鍼を電極とした鍼通電刺激を行い、股関節の屈曲運動が生じるか確認する。

After the location of the iliacus muscle is identified by ultrasound imaging, the area is stimulated with acupuncture needles and electro-acupuncture needles as electrodes to see if hip flexion occurs.
