①国際医療福祉大学塩谷病院消化器外科/内科病棟入院患者
②絶食期間が約1週間（5日～9日）
③自由意思による研究参加の同意を本人から口頭および文書で取得可能な患者

(1)Patients admitted to the Gastroenterological Surgery Ward/IUHW Shioya Hospital
(2) Fasting period of approximately one week (5 to 9 days)
(3) Patients who are able to provide verbal and written consent to participate in the study of their own free will
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①インフォームドコンセントを与える能力が無いと思われる対象者の場合
②口部顔面失行等の高次脳機能障害により、適切な摂食嚥下機能評価が難しい場合

(1) In the case of a subject who appears to be incapable of giving informed consent.
(2) When it is difficult to evaluate the appropriate feeding and swallowing function due to higher brain dysfunction such as oral-facial apraxia.
