1)試験参加の同意取得時点での年齢が40歳以上65歳未満の男女
2)健康な者で、慢性身体疾患がない者
3)本試験の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、書面で本試験参加に同意できる者
4)指定された測定日に来所でき、測定を受ける事のできる者
5)試験責任医師が本試験への参加を適当と認めた者

1) Men and women who are between 40 and 65 years of age at the time of obtaining consent to participate in the study.
2) Healthy and free from chronic physical diseases.
3) Those who have received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and content of the study, are capable of consenting, understand it well, and voluntarily volunteer to participate, and can agree to participate in the study in writing.
4) Those who are able to come to the site on the designated measurement day and undergo the measurement.
5) Those who have been approved to participate in the study by the investigator.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)現在、何らかの疾患を患い薬物治療を受けている者
2)認知症などの記憶障害疾患症状を有するまたは治療している者
3)過去1ヶ月において、疾患治療を目的とした、薬物の摂取習慣のある者（頭痛、月経痛、感冒などの頓服歴は除く）
4)肝、腎、心、肺、血液等の重篤な障害の既往歴・現病歴のある者
5)消化器官に併存疾患および既往歴のある者（既往歴については、試験責任医師判断にて試験参加に影響のない既往歴は可とする）
6)高度の貧血がある者
7)食物アレルギーのある者(既往歴含む)　(特に乳、大豆)
8)女性：妊娠中、授乳中あるいは妊娠の可能性ならびに試験期間中に妊娠を計画している者
9)アルコール依存症、又はその他の精神障害を有する者
10)過去6ヶ月以内に入院を伴う治療を受けた者、また試験期間中に入院予定のある者
11)新型コロナワクチン2回目の接種を終えていない者
12)試験期間中、生活習慣を変更する可能性のある者（夜間勤務、長期の旅行など)
13)現在、ならびに過去3ヶ月以内において、試験食品含有成分（ポリフェノール）の入った機能性表示食品、健康食品、サプリメント類の継続的な摂取習慣のある者、また試験期間中に摂取予定のある者（但し、茶類、コーヒー、チョコレート、ココアなど、ポリフェノールが高含有化、或いは濃縮等の加工がなされていない食品の継続的な摂取習慣者は除く）
14)その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適当と判断した者

1) Those who currently suffer from any disease and are undergoing drug treatment.
2) Those who have or are being treated for memory disorder symptoms such as dementia.
3) Those who have been taking drugs for the purpose of disease treatment in the past month (excluding those who have been taking drugs for headache, menstrual cramps, common cold, etc.)
4) Patients with a history or current illness of serious disorders of the liver, kidney, heart, lungs, blood, etc.
5) Patients with concomitant disease or history of disease in the digestive organs (history that does not affect participation in the study may be accepted at the discretion of the investigator)
6) Patients with severe anemia
7) Patients with food allergies (including previous history) (especially milk and soy)
8) Women: Pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant during the study period.
9) Patients with alcoholism or other mental disorders.
10) Patients who have been treated with hospitalization within the past 6 months or plan to be hospitalized during the study period.
11) Those who have not completed the second dose of the new coronary vaccine.
12) Those who are likely to change their lifestyle during the test period (e.g., working at night, traveling for a long time).
13) Those who are in the habit of continuously consuming functional foods, health foods, or supplements containing the ingredients (polyphenols) of the test foods at present or within the past 3 months, and those who plan to consume them during the study period (excluding those who are in the habit of continuously consuming foods such as tea, coffee, chocolate, and cocoa that do not contain high polyphenol content or have been processed by concentration).
14) Others who are judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for this study.
