1) 胃がん・食道がん
2) 同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の者
3) 免疫チェックポイント阻害剤を投与予定である
4) 原発巣が残っている
5) 本研究の参加に関して、患者本人から文書で同意を得ている
6) 研究目的に腫瘍組織および血液検体を採取することに同意が得ている

対象患者の年齢、性別、病歴、生活歴、家族歴、内服歴、治療歴、血液検査所見、内視鏡検査所見、画像検査所見、病理組織検査所見などについて、医療施設ごとに電子カルテを用いて情報収集を行う。
また、日常臨床において行う内視鏡検査と血液検査において、上乗せ試料・採血採取をする。

We will collect information on the patient's age, gender, medical history, treatment history, blood test findings, endoscopic findings, imaging findings, and histopathology findings with electronic medical records at each medical facility.
In addition, additional tumor samples and blood samples will be collected with endoscopy and blood tests which are performed in routine clinical practice.
