トレッドミルを用いた70% HR maxの走運動を実施する前、あるいは後にAEWを飲用し、運動前後の尿、血液を分析することで酸化ストレースマーカーの変化を分析する。

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

被験者を通常水飲用群 (PW 群)，アルカリイオン水飲用群 (AEW 群)，水素高溶存アルカリイオン水飲用群 (HAEW 群) の3 群に無作為に分けた．運動終了後に規定水をそれぞれ 500 ml 飲用した．

Participants were randomly divided into three groups: a normal water drinking group (PW group), an alkaline ionized water drinking group (AEW group), and a highly hydrogen-dissolved alkaline ionized water drinking group (HAEW group). Each group drank 500 ml of the prescribed water after the exercise.
