選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上、摂取終了時の年齢が65歳未満の者
(2)健常者およびLDLコレステロールが120～139 md/dLまたは、140～159 mg/dLの者
(3)当試験の目的及び内容について十分に理解した上で、書面による同意を得た者

英語
(1) Those who are -> 20 years old at the time of IC acquisition and <65 years old at the end of food intake.
(2) Those who have LDL cholesterol of -<119 md/dL or 120~139 md/dL or 140~159 mg/dL/
(3) Those who have submitted written informed consent after fully understanding the purpose and content of this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)収縮期血圧が90 mmHg未満の者
(2)妊娠中（妊娠している可能性のある場合を含む）或いは授乳期の者
(3)試験開始4週間前から試験開始までに成分献血或いは全血として200 mL以上採血を行った者
(4)試験開始12週間前から試験開始までに全血400 mL以上採血を行った男性
(5）試験開始16週間前から試験開始までに全血400 mL以上採血を行った女性
(6）試験開始12ヶ月前の月から試験開始までの採血量に、試験の予定総採血量を加えると1200 mLを超える男性
(7)試験開始12ヶ月前の月から試験開始までの採血量に、試験の予定総採血量を加えると800 mLを超える女性
(8)他の試験に試験対象者として参加中、或いは参加した試験終了後4週間以内の者
(9)以下の各号のいずれかに当てはまる者
a)心臓、肝臓、腎臓に疾患を有する者（他の疾病の合併症である場合も含む）
b)循環器系疾患の既往歴のある者
c)糖尿病を発症している者
d)試験食品に対してアレルギーを有する者
e)がん、結核等の重篤な疾患の既往がある者
f)感染症検査で陽性、あるいは陽性が疑われる者
(10)スクリーニング時点で何らかの治療を受けている者
(11)医薬品、医薬部外品、特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品、健康食品等を常用している者
(12)喫煙本数が1日平均21本以上の者
(13)飲酒量が1日平均純アルコール量として60 gを超える者
(14)食生活が極端に不規則な者
(15)交代制勤務者又は深夜勤務者
(16)その他、試験責任医師又は試験分担医師が試験の対象として不適当と判断した者

英語
(1) Those with systolic blood pressure less than 90mmHg at the start of ingestion.
(2) Women who are/might be pregnant or lactating during the study.
(3) Those who have taken >=200mL whole blood or blood donation within 4 weeks before the start of the intake.
(4) Men who have taken =>400mL whole blood within 12 weeks before the start of intake.
(5) Women who have taken =>400mL whole blood within 16 weeks before the start of intake.
(6) Men who have taken =>1,200mL whole blood total (including the sampling of this study) within 12 months before the start of intake.
(7) Women who have taken =>800mL whole blood total (including the sampling of this study) within 12 months before the start of intake.
(8) Those who are participating in other study or planning to participate or participated within the past 4 weeks.
(9) Those who meet any of the following:
a) suffering from heart, liver, or kidney disease (including complications of other diseases)
b) having a history of cardiovascular disease
c) diabetes
d) allergic to food
e) having a history of cancer or tuberculosis
f) positive or false-positive by infectious disease test
(10) Those who are receiving any treatment at the time of screening.
(11) Those who regularly use pharmaceuticals (including quasi-drugs), foods for specified health use, foods with functional claims or health foods.
(12) Those who smoke an average of 21 or more cigarettes in a day.
(13) Those who drink an average of more than 60 g of pure alcohol in a day.
(14) Those who have an extremely irregular eating habit.
(15) Shift workers or late-night workers.
(16) Others who are judged inappropriate for participant by the investigator.
