1)初発脳血管障害患者
2)発症から2週間以上6ヶ月以内
3)テント上病変
4)20歳以上
5)右手利き
6)神経症状が安定している
7)前庭疾患がない
8)一側性の運動麻痺を認める
9)文書による同意が得られた者

1)first onset of stroke
2)from 2 weeks to 6 months from onset
3)supratentorial lesion
4)over 20 years old
5)right handed
6)stable of neurological conditions
7)no vestibular diseases
8)having an unilateral hemiparesis
9)signed informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)指示理解が困難
2)精神疾患や認知症を有する
3)整形外科疾患により課題の遂行が困難
4)両側病変

1)cannot understand the instruction
2)having mental disease or dementia
3)cannot execute the task due to orthopedic disease
4)Bilateral lesions
