目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	2施設で滲出性黄斑疾患の長期経過、治療成績を解析することで、病態への理解を深めると共に、各症例の病態に則した治療介入時期、治療方法を検討する。	By analyzing the long-term course and outcomes of treatment for the exudative maculopathy at the two centers, we will deepen our understanding of the pathogenesis of the disease and examine the timing of intervention and treatment methods appropriate for the pathogenesis of each case.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	性別、年齢、視力、視野、屈折、角膜曲率半径、角膜厚、眼軸長、眼底所見、光干渉断層計、光干渉断層計血管造影、眼底写真、蛍光眼底造影、細隙灯顕微鏡検査、罹病期間、現病歴、既往歴、家族歴、使用薬剤、投与回数	Sex, age, visual acuity, visual field, refraction, corneal curvature radius, corneal thickness, ocular axial length, fundus observation, Optical coherence tomography, optical coherence tomography angiography, fundus photograph, fluorescence fundus angiography, slit-lamp microscopy, duration of disease, current medical history, past history, family history, a medication used, frequency of dosing

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	2018年4月1日から2021年9月30日までに研究参加施設を受診し、滲出性黄斑疾患と診断された患者を対象とする。	Patients who visit a study participating facility between April 1, 2018, and September 30, 2021, and are diagnosed with exudative maculopathy will be included in the study.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	本研究への参加拒否を行った患者は除外する。	Patients who refused to participate in the study will be excluded.
