選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①同意取得時の年齢が40歳以上、65歳未満の健常男女
②BMIが30未満の者
③研究の目的・内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、書面で研究参加に同意した者

(1) Healthy males and females aged 40 to 64 years-old.
(2) Subjects whose BMI are less than 30.
(3) Subjects who can make self-judgment and are voluntarily giving written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①慢性疾患を有し、治療を行っている者
②重篤な肝疾患・腎臓疾患・消化器疾患・心疾患・呼吸器疾患・内分泌疾患、甲状腺疾患、副腎疾患、その他代謝性疾患の既往歴・現病歴がある者
③スクリーニング検査時に不整脈と診断された者
④消化吸収に影響を与える消化器疾患及び消化器の手術歴がある者
⑤スクリーニング検査から、研究対象者として不適当と判断された者
⑥研究期間中に血管内皮機能、血圧、脂質代謝、血糖値、体脂肪に影響を及ぼす可能性がある医薬品・医薬部外品・サプリメント・健康食品(特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を含む)の摂取をやめることができない者
⑦研究食品の成分に対してアレルギーを有するとの申告があった者
⑧純アルコール換算約60 g/日を超える過度のアルコール摂取、または週5日以上飲酒する習慣がある者
⑨薬物依存、アルコール依存の既往歴・現病歴がある者
⑩スクリーニング検査､各検査2日前からの禁酒が不可能な者
⑪交代勤務者または深夜勤務者
⑫妊娠している者、研究期間中に妊娠の意思がある者、授乳中の者
⑬同意取得日から遡って1ヵ月以内に200 mLまたは3ヵ月以内に400 mLを超える採血、成分献血をした者
⑭他の食品の摂取や医薬品を使用する研究、化粧品及び医薬品などを塗布する研究に参加中の者、同意取得1ヵ月以内に他の研究に参加していた者、参加の意思がある者
⑮その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

英語
(1)Subjects who contract chronic disease and are under treatment.
(2)Subjects who have a history of and/or contract serious diseases (eg, liver disease, kidney disease, digestive disease, heart disease, respiratory disease, endocrine disease, thyroid disease, adrenal disease and/or metabolic disease).
(3)Subjects who are diagnosed as arrhythmia by the screening tests.
(4)Subjects who have a history and/or a surgical history of digestive disease affecting digestion and absorption.
(5)Subjects who are judged as unsuitable for the current study by screening tests.
(6)Subjects who can't stop using medicines, quasi-drugs, supplements and/or functional foods (including Food for Specified Health Uses or Foods with Function Claims) affecting vascular endothelial function, blood pressure, lipid metabolism, blood sugar level, body fat, and so on during test periods.
(7)Subjects who have declared allergic reaction to ingredients of test foods.
(8)Subjects who have excessive alcohol intake more than approximately 60 g/day of pure alcohol equivalent or habit of drinking not less than 5 days a week.
(9)Subjects who have a history of and/or contract drug addiction and/or alcoholism.
(10)Subjects who can't stop drinking from 2 days before each measurement.
(11)Subjects who are shiftworker and/or midnight-shift worker.
(12)Subjects who have been pregnant or have a plan to become pregnant, or breast feed during the study period.
(13) Subjects who have donated over 200 mL of blood and/or blood components within the last one month prior to the current study or over 400 mL of blood and/or blood components within the last three months prior to the current study.
(14)Subjects who are planning to participate and/or had participated in other clinical studies within the last one month prior to the current study.
(15)Subjects who are judged as unsuitable for the current study by the investigator for other reasons.
