選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・45歳以上
・運動時の膝関節痛がある
・膝のこわばりがない、あるいは起床後30分以内である
・膝関節の痛みが3か月以上前からある者
・テキストメッセージあるいはeメールを受信できるスマートフォン、タブレット、パソコンを所持している者
・家庭内にインターネット環境があり、上記のデバイスを使用できる者

if the individual
- is 45 years old or over and,
- has activity-related knee pain and,
- has no morning joint-related stiffness or has morning stiffness that lasts 30 minutes or less and,
- has had knee joint pain for more than 3 months.
- individual who has a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can receive text messages or emails.
- individual who has an internet environment in their home and can use the above devices.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・人工膝関節置換術実施済みあるいは待機中である者
・関節リウマチや他の炎症性関節疾患を有する者
・変形性膝関節症以外に膝の痛みや下肢の機能に影響する疾患や障害を有する者
・対面あるいは非対面での同様の定期的な運動プログラムに参加した経験がある者（定期的なトレーニングジムの使用なども含む）
・その他、非監視下での自宅での自主トレーニングプログラムの参加に対する医師からの許可を得ていない者

英語
if the Individual
- has undergone TKA/UKA or is waiting for TKA/UKA
- has rheumatoid arthritis or other inflammatory joint disease
- has diseases or disorders that affect knee pain or lower limb function other than knee osteoarthritis
- has participated in similar regular face-to-face or non-face-to-face exercise programs (including regular use of the training gym)
- does not have the permission of a doctor to participate in an unsupervised home exercise program
