目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究の目的は大腰筋の走行上で刺鍼を容易にできる部位として上前腸骨棘の内方に注目し、その部位への安全深度ならびに角度について超音波画像装置を用いて検討する。	The purpose of this study is to investigate the safe depth and angle of acupuncture in the medial part of the superior anterior iliac spine using an ultrasound imaging system.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	超音波診断装置で大腰筋の位置が同定できたのちに、その部位へ鍼刺激ならびにその鍼を電極とした鍼通電刺激を行い、股関節の屈曲運動が生じるかを確認する。	After the location of the psoas muscle is identified by ultrasound, acupuncture needles are stimulated and the needles are energized using the needles as electrodes to see if hip flexion occurs.

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics	健常成人男性8名	Eight healthy adult males.
参加者の流れ/Participant flow	①大腰筋の深度上前腸骨棘より内側に1cmずつずらしていった超音波画像上から、どの位置の垂直方向に大腰筋があるのかを同定し、さらにその深度を計測する。 ②大腰筋と結腸との位置関係を同定する。 ③大腰筋の位置が同定できたのちに、その部位へ鍼刺激ならびにその鍼を電極とした鍼通電刺激を行い、股関節の屈曲運動が生じるかを確認する	(1) Identify the vertical position of the psoas muscle on the ultrasound image by shifting the depth of the psoas muscle 1 cm medial to the superior anterior iliac spine, and measure the depth of the muscle. (2) Identify the position of the psoas major muscle in relation to the colon. (3) After the location of the psoas major muscle is identified, stimulate the area with acupuncture needles and use the acupuncture needles as electrodes to see if hip flexion occurs.
