目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	ノルウッド手術時の大動脈弓再建において、従来の大動脈弓再建法に比し、最近の新大動脈後壁縫縮法が、術後合併症回避などの面で有用であるということを検証する。	Neoaortic posterior wall plication as a novel aortic arch reconstruction method in Norwood procedure could decrease the risk of postoperative complications compared to the conventional method.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	Norwood手術後1年以降の画像検査による大動脈弓再建部の形態的評価	Morphological assessment of aortic arch reconstruction by imaging examination 1 year after Norwood procedure.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	最終経過観察時点での末梢肺動脈狭窄，気管支狭窄，大動脈弁閉鎖不全	Pulmonary stenosis, bronchial stenosis, and aortic valve regurgitation at last follow-up.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	2010年以降，大阪母子医療センターにてNorwood手術を施行し，6カ月以上経過観察した患者。	Patients with hypoplastic left heart syndrome variants who have been followed up for more than 6 months after the Norwood procedure since 2010 at Osaka Women's and Children's Hospital.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	Norwood手術時に新大動脈弁形成を施行した患者。	Patients who underwent neoaortic valve repair concurrently with the Norwood procedure

その他関連情報/Other related information	2010以降，大阪母子医療センターにてNorwood手術を施行した31例を対象とし，診療録情報を収集し，後方視的にその成績の検討を行った。	The medical records of all 31 patients who underwent Norwood procedure at Osaka Women's and Children's Hospital since 2010 were retrospectively reviewed about early and mid-term outcomes.
