目的/Objectives

日本語
重度の腎疾患患者はタンパク質摂取の制限が推奨されており、易消化蛋白制限米の摂取は、腎疾患治療における一助となる。本研究は、愛媛県農林水産研究所が開発した易消化性タンパク質の少ない腎臓疾患対応米オリジナル品種の摂取によるタンパク質吸収量について健常者を対象とし24時間蓄尿により推定するタンパク質摂取量（吸収量）を主要評価項目とした無作為化比較試験により評価することを目的とした。

Patients with severe kidney disease are recommended to limit their protein intake. Therefore, the digestible protein-restricted rice can help their diet. The purpose of this study is to examine the absorption of protein after intake of digestible protein-restricted rice in healthy subjects by a randomized controlled trial with the primary outcome of protein intake (absorption) estimated by 24-hour urine collection.

- 研究期間中、毎食提供する食事を食べることができる者
- Body mass indexが18.5kg/m2以上30 kg/m2未満

- The persons who can eat the provided meals for every meal during the study period.
- Body mass index is between 18.5 kg/m2 and 30 kg/m2.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

- 妊娠・授乳期間中の者
- 研究担当医が研究対象者として不適当と判断した場合
- 食材に対するアレルギーを有している者。
- 悪性新生物、虚血性心疾患、脳血管疾患、腎不全、認知症、重度の消化器系疾患について、試験時点で受療中の者

- Pregnant or lactating women.
- The persons who are unsuited to participate in the study.
- The person who have food allergies.
- The persons who are undergoing treatment for malignant neoplasm, ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, renal failure, dementia, or severe digestive system disease at the time of the study.
