上部消化管内視鏡検査中に体外バキューム吸引装置使用下にて内視鏡検査前後における6粒径(0.3/0.5/1.0/3.0/5.0/10micrometre)の粒子をパーティクルカウンターを用いて比較検討を行う。

体外バキューム吸引装置使用下にて内視鏡検査前後における検査者の個人用防護具 （personal protective equipment、ガウン表面やゴーグルなど）ATPの比較検討を行う。

1. 消化管出血など緊急内視鏡治療を必要とする者
2. 精神病または精神症状を合併し，本臨床試験の実施が困難と判断される者
3. その他，担当医が不適当と判断した者

2. Patients with psychiatric diseases or psychiatric symptoms who are judged to have difficulty in conducting this clinical trial
