Frequency with which patients appropriately performed unsupervised home-based cardiac rehabilitation during the study period

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

1. Body mass index，心肺運動負荷試験での最高酸素摂取量，嫌気性代謝閾値の変化量，採血でのLDL-コレステロール，HDL-コレステロール，中性脂肪，HbA1cの変化量
2. 健康関連の生活の質に関するアンケート（36-Item Short Form Survey, SF-36），抑うつ・不安症状に関するアンケート（Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, HADS）を使用した介入前後のそれぞれの変化量　
3. 運動療法に対するわずらわしさを示すvisual analogue scale（0～100で表し，運動療法へのわずらわしさが高い程点数が高い）の介入前後の変化量
4. 退院前に施行するタイプDパーソナリティに関するアンケート（Type D Scale-14, DS-14）の結果と主要評価項目との相関
5. 研究期間中の新規合併症の発生頻度

1. Change in body mass index, peak VO2 and anaerobic threshold in cardiopulmonary exercise test, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglycerides, and HbA1c in blood test
2. Change in Health-Related Quality of Life questionnaire (36-Item Short Form Survey, SF-36), depressive and anxiety symptoms questionnaire (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, HADS)
3. Change in the visual analogue scale (0-100, with higher scores indicating greater discomfort with exercise therapy)
(As for 1-3, changes are shown before and after the intervention period [4-5 weeks]).
4. Correlation between the results of the Type D personality questionnaire (Type D Scale-14, DS-14) administered before intervention and the primary outcome.
5. Frequency of new complications during the study period (4-5 weeks)

急性冠症候群の診断で入院し，心臓カテーテル治療が施行された中で，屋外杖無し歩行の日常生活動作が可能な満20歳以上の患者

Patients hospitalized for acute coronary syndrome and undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention who are 20 years of age or older and can perform outdoor activities of daily living without assistance

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 御本人から文書による同意が得られない患者
2. 自力で質問用紙へ記入することなどが出来ない患者
3. 杖歩行あるいは独歩で通院出来ない患者
4. その他，重篤疾患(癌，膠原病など)のため担当医が本試験の対象として不適当と判断した患者

1. Patients who are unable to give their written consent
2. Patients who are unable to fill out the questionnaire on their own
3. Patients who are walking with a cane or cannot walk to the hospital by themselves
4. Patients with other serious diseases (cancer, collagen disease, etc.) who are judged by the physician in charge to be inappropriate for this study
