1）2型糖尿病患者、もしくは2次性糖尿病患者
2）担癌患者
3）ステロイド全身投与中患者
4）試験参加同意を得られない患者
5）試験期間中のコンプライアンス維持が困難と判断された患者

2 patients with malignancies
3 drug-induced diabetes or current steroid therapy
4 patients who refused to participant in this study
5 patients who were regarded as inappropriate by the physicians
