参加者は８問の架空の症例問題を聞く。仮診断が冒頭で述べられる。仮診断には正答と誤答が同数含まれている。内容に同意するか否かを問われる。同意しない場合、自らの診断名を回答させる。

Participants are required to declare whether agree or disagree on the oral case presentation of 8 fictional clinical scenarios. If they do not agree, they are asked to name their own diagnosis. The working diagnosis are displayed at the beginning of the presentation. They are containing an equal number of correct and incorrect diagnosis.
