目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	第一に上記の新鮮血管内皮細胞をソーティングによって取り出しmRNAを検出する実験系を確立すること。	The first step is to establish an experimental system to extract fresh vascular endothelial cells by sorting and detect mRNA.

目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others	第二に心臓バイパス手術で破棄される余剰のグラフト断端(できれば前腕動脈グラフト)からカテーテルと同じ技術を用いて新鮮血管内皮細胞を採取し、mRNA解析が同じ結果になるかどうか比較すること。	Second, fresh endothelial cells will be harvested from excess graft fragments discarded during cardiac bypass surgery (preferably forearm artery grafts) using the same technique as for catheters and compared to see if mRNA analysis yields the same results.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	検査の確立	Establishing the test
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	mRNA発現の同等性（バイパス、カテーテルから採取した血管内皮細胞）、および、mRNA解析では、血管内皮細胞であることの証明となる固有マーカーの発現量、さらに、動脈硬化で上昇する標的分子（血管接着因子、代謝、石灰化、炎症、eNOS等）について調査する。	Equivalence of mRNA expression (vascular endothelial cells from bypasses, catheters), and mRNA analysis will investigate the expression levels of intrinsic markers that prove that the cells are vascular endothelial cells, as well as target molecules that are elevated in atherosclerosis (vascular adhesion factor, metabolism, calcification, inflammation, eNOS, etc.).
