選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	当センターで外来リハビリテーションを受けている軽度認知障害または認知症患者であること MMSE15点以上の者 患者の家族	Outpatients with mild cognitive impairment and dementia in our Rehabilitation Center Patients with MMSE score >=15 Family
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	60分以上の座位保持が困難な者 失語などにより研究説明文書や作業内容、アンケート内容の理解が困難な者 視覚に障害があり作業の実施が困難な者 精神症状や認知症の行動・心理症状が重度で作業活動への参加が困難な者 内臓疾患などで医療上60分以上の座位保持や作業活動への参加が許可されていない者	Those who are difficult to hold a sitting position for more than 60 minutes Those who are difficult to understand the meaning of research, contents of the questionnaire, or how to work due to aphasia etc. Those who are difficult to participate in the working task due to visual impairment Those who are difficult to participate in the working task due to severe psychiatric symptoms of dementia Those who are not permitted to hold a sitting position and working for more than 60 minutes due to other diseases

その他関連情報/Other related information	背景因子（認知症の重症度や認知機能、行動・心理症状、上肢機能、日常生活機能、神経画像所見）と作業活動の関連を調べるために、Spearmanの順位相関係数を算出する。	To investigate the relationship between patients attributes dementia severity, cognitive function, behavior or psychological symptoms of dementia, upper limb function, ability of activity of daily living, neuroimaging findings and working ability, we will calculate Spearman's rank correlation coefficient.
