目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究は、健常者を対象に三つの呼吸筋訓練方法を実施し、どの訓練方法が最も効果的に呼吸筋の筋力と筋肉量、咳の強さを増強するか明らかにする。	The obejective of this study is to perform 3 types of respiratory muslce training and identify the most effective method for strengthening respiratory muscle power and mass, and cough.
