日常生活の中で測定したバイタルサインを医療に活用するためには、どのような動作をした時の測定データなのか明らかにする必要がある。したがって本研究の目的は、今回用いる活動量計がどれだけ細かい日常生活動作を識別できるか検証することである。

In order to utilize the vital signs measured in daily life for medical treatment, it is necessary to clarify what kind of activities the data are measured for. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to verify how well the activity meter used in this study can identify the details of daily life activities.

主な結果/Results

日本語
加速度計の装着部位についての主要な結果は、利き手首、非利き手首、胸部に装着した場合は行動識別精度は高かったが、腰と大腿部ではいくつかの活動において識別精度が低かった。行動についての主要な結果は、仰臥位、立位、歩行、ランニングは、非利き手首に加速度計を装着した場合に高い精度で行動識別が実施できた。一方、仰臥位、歯磨き、歩行、階段昇降、ランニングは、胸部に加速度計を装着した場合に高い精度で行動識別が実施できた。

The primary results showed high behavior identification accuracy when accelerometers were attached to the dominant wrist, non-dominant wrist, and chest, but low accuracy for several activities at the waist and thighs. Specifically, supine, standing, walking, and running were identified with high accuracy on the non-dominant wrist, while supine, brushing teeth, walking, stair climbing, and running were identified with higher accuracy on the chest.
