選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

当センターの外来にてリハを週１回利用している者、かつMini-Mental State Examination-Japanese（MMSE-J）が15点以上で、今回の研究に関するインフォームドコンセントが得られた者

Patients who use outpatient rehab at our center once a week, have a Mini-Mental State Examination-Japanese (MMSE-J) score of 15 or higher, and have given informed consent for this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

研究の説明内容が理解できないほど認知機能障害を有する者、１時間程度の座位をとることが困難な者

Those who have cognitive impairment to the extent that they cannot understand the explanation of the research, and those who have difficulty sitting up for about an hour.

主な結果/Results

日本語
ゲーム課題ではADにおいてVASの値が有意に増加した（p<0.05）。MCIではVASやGDSの値に有意な変化は認めなかった。また、リアクションスケールでは、「お金集め」、「間違い探し」、「消えたカード探し」の3つのゲームで、MCIよりADの自主性が有意に低かった(p<0.05)。

The game task significantly increased the value of VAS in AD (p<0.05); no significant change in the value of VAS or GDS was observed in MCI. In the reaction scale, the autonomy of AD was significantly lower than that of MCI in the three games of "collecting money", "searching for mistakes", and "searching for missing cards" (p<0.05).
