| 介入1/Interventions/Control_1 | 精神科訪問看護実践力向上教育プログラム
精神疾患に対する基礎的な知識（統合失調症、パニック障害、発達障害、気分障害）についての動画をオンデマンドで提供する。事前に視聴しておくことで研修会の理解が深まることを説明しておく。研修会1回目はオンラインでの講義形式でおこなう（精神科訪問看護の実際:2時間）。具体的な精神科訪問事例を用いて、成功・失敗体験や、どのようなアセスメントの視点をもって利用者へアプローチしているのかについて解説する。また、ストレングスやリカバリーなど、精神科訪問看護をおこなう上で重要な支援の視点についても解説する。研修会2回目は、各県で対面・オンラインのハイブリッド形式で事例検討をおこなう。研修開催者があらかじめ準備した事例をもちいて、支援方法についてのディスカッションをおこなう。開催は、山口県1月29日、佐賀県2月5日、宮崎県2月12日で行う。 |
Psychiatric Home-Visit Nursing Practical Ability Improvement Education Program
Provides on-demand videos of basic knowledge about mental illness (schizophrenia, panic disorder, developmental disorders, mood disorders). Explain that watching in advance will deepen the understanding of the workshop. The first workshop will be given in the form of an online lecture (actual psychiatric home-visit nursing: 2 hours). Using specific examples of psychiatric visits, we will explain success / failure experiences and what kind of assessment perspective we are approaching users. It also explains important support perspectives for home-visit psychiatric nursing such as strength and recovery. In the second workshop, case studies will be conducted in a hybrid format of face-to-face and online in each prefecture. Discussions will be held on support methods using cases prepared in advance by the training organizer. The event will be held on January 29, Yamaguchi Prefecture, February 5, Saga Prefecture, and February 12, Miyazaki Prefecture. |

Staff of home-visit nursing stations that provide home-visit psychiatric care in Yamaguchi, Miyazaki, and Saga prefectures, which are considered to have problems in the period of hospitalization at psychiatric hospitals and support for transition to community life in the Yamaguchi region of Kyushu.
