膵頭十二指腸切除施行例において、運動・栄養介入した群が、非介入群と比較して腸腰筋量(PMI)が有意に低下しないことを検証する。

To investigate the psoas muscle mass index (PMI) in pancreaticoduodenectomy in the group with preoperative exercise and nutritional therapy compared to the group without the therapy.

The patients who do not refuse to participate in this study.

・PS 3 以上のADL不良の方
・研究責任者および研究分担者が研究の中止が適当と判断した場合

Performance status 3-4 according to ECOG criteria

Other patients who are judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable as research subjects.
