2型糖尿病患者での、DPP4阻害薬によるインスリン抵抗性改善作用についてグルコースクランプ法により検証し、また、試験食を用いて食後糖代謝への効果について検証する。

To verify the effects of DPP4 inhibitor on peripheral insulin resistance by the glucose clamp technique and on postprandial glucose metabolism by the meal tolerance test in Japanese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
