目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	2型糖尿病患者での、DPP4阻害薬によるインスリン抵抗性改善作用についてグルコースクランプ法により検証し、また、試験食を用いて食後糖代謝への効果について検証する。	To verify the effects of DPP4 inhibitor on peripheral insulin resistance by the glucose clamp technique and on postprandial glucose metabolism by the meal tolerance test in Japanese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	正常血糖高インスリンクランプ法によるブドウ糖注入率（glucose infusion rate）の改善およびHbA1c、食後血糖の改善	Improvement of glucose infusion rate during euglycemic-hyperinsulinemic clamp and improvement of HbA1c and postprandial blood glucose.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	2型糖尿病患者	type 2 diabetes mellitus patient.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1型糖尿病、膵臓疾患、肝臓疾患、腎不全、ステロイドによる加療中の患者	Type 1 diabetes mellitus, pancreatic disease, liver disease, renal failure, or those taking diabetogenic medications such as corticosteroids
