生活習慣病危険因子（空腹時、経口糖負荷試験後、24時間連続測定値、インスリン、HOMA-IR、早朝・夜間血圧、動脈スティフネス、中性脂肪、LDLコレステロール、HDLコレステロール）

Healthy young men who go to bed and get up at the same hour from Monday to Friday (day-to-day variability less than 2 hours).

主な結果/Results

日本語
介入開始前の平日における睡眠中央時刻と比較して、介入期間の睡眠中央時刻はSJL条件において平均で3時間1分後退し、コントロール（CON）条件においては平均で8分後退した。介入研究中の睡眠時間に条件間で差は認めらなかった。CON条件では金曜日と月曜日のcfPWVに差は認めらなかったが、SJL条件では金曜日と比較して月曜日にcfPWVが増加した。また、CON条件では金曜日と月曜日でモーニングサージに差は認めらなかったが、SJL条件では金曜日と比較して月曜日におけるモーニングサージが増強した。

SJL (average mid-sleep time on weekends - average mid-sleep time on weekdays) occurred only in the SJL trial (SJL: 181 min vs. CON: 8 min). Carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (cfPWV) and morning blood pressure surge on Monday in the SJL trial were significantly higher than those on Friday in the SJL trial, and those on Monday in the CON trial.
