年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	食道・胃癌術前患者	preoperative gastrointestinal cancer patient
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1）労作性狭心症、慢性心不全（NYHA分類Ⅱ度以上）、頻脈性不整脈の症例 　2）慢性呼吸不全（Hugh-Jones分類Ⅱ度以上）の症例 　3）自立歩行が不可能な症例 　4）人工透析を受けている症例 　5）ASTまたはALTが100IU/L以上の重症肝機能障害を有する症例 　6）認知機能障害を有する症例（MMSE 20未満） 　7）すでにほかの臨床試験に参加している症例 　8）その他、担当医が本試験に不適当と判断した症例	1) Severe heart failure 2) COPD 3) Low PS 4) Renal failure 5) Liver failure 6) Dementia
