主な結果/Results

日本語
間質性肺疾患の発現とHLAアレルの間に有意な相関は認められなかった。一方、グレード2以上の肝障害は、HLA-DPB1*05:01、HLA-DQA1*05:05、HLA-A*31:01との間に有意な相関が認められた。またABCG2遺伝子型は間質性肺疾患および肝障害ともに相関が認められなかった。

There was no significant association between HLA alleles and development of ILD. On the other hand, HLA-DPB1*05:01, HLA-DQA1*05:05 and HLA-A*31:01 were found to be significantly associated with ALT elevation of grade 2/3. ABCG2 genotypes were not associated with ILD and hepatotoxicity.

Of 236 abemaciclib-treated patients with advanced breast cancer in the NOSIDE study, 83 patients were enrolled by obtaining additional informed consent for collecting blood and pharmacogenetic investigation.
