5年間にわたって年1回の全国調査を実施し，発展途上である本邦のRapid Response System (RRS, 院内迅速対応システム)の実態を把握し，問題点を抽出しながら，経年変化を追跡する前向き観察研究である。集中治療室がある全国の病院を対象に，院内救急対応の体制，RRSの実態，RRSに関する問題などを調査する。
本研究は，日本集中治療医学会のRapid Response System検討委員会（主導）と日本蘇生学会（協力）の共同研究である。

This is a nationwide survey conducted once a year for five years to understand the current status and to trck trends, of Rapid Response System (RRS) in Japan. We will investigate the surrent status of RRS, problems related to RRS.
This survey is a joint research of the Rapid Response System Committee of the Japanese Society of Intensive Care Medicine (led), and the Japanese Society of Reanimatology (cooperation).
