目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	関連施設において2008年1月1日より2010年12月31日までに外科的切除された胃癌症例の検体を用い、中央診断による腫瘍浸潤免疫細胞（CD3, CD8, CD45ROなど）の密度および他のバイオマーカーの発現割合を調べる。また、組織型・Stage別にこれらの発現の有無と予後との関連性についても検討する。	The density of tumor infiltrating immune cells (CD3, CD8, CD45RO, etc.) and the expression rate of other biomarkers will be examined using specimens from gastric cancer cases surgically resected between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2010 at affiliated institutions. We will also examine the relationship between the expression of these markers and prognosis by histological type and stage.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	組織生検で腺癌と診断された胃癌根治切除例。	Patients who are diagnosed as gastric cancer which are proven by biopsy as adenocarinoma and can receive radical resection.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	胃以外の同時性重複癌症例。 異時性重複癌で治療後再発があるか、もしくは治療後5年以上経過していない。	Synchronous or metachronous (within 5 years) malignancies
