目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	フェンタニル持続皮下注タイトレーション法（以下、本法）のがん疼痛に対する効果と安全性ついて、当科での実施症例を後方視的に観察し検証すること。	To examine the effectiveness and safety of continuous subcutaneous injection (CSCI) fentanyl titration.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	タイトレーション完了率。	Rate of titration completion.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	タイトレーション完了時間。NRS改善率66%以上の疼痛著効割合。	Perioid of titration. Rate of more than 66% response of average numerical rating scale (NRS) of pain.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	中等度から高度のがん疼痛を有する。	To have moderate to severe cancer pain.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	非タイトレーション症例。非がん疼痛。NRS 5未満の軽度疼痛。	non-titration purpose, non-cancer pain, and mild pain NRS less than 5.
