目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	少量の国産牛肉（三角バラ肉）による味覚刺激が及ぼす影響について、女子大学生・大学院生を対象とし、生理的および心理的指標を用いて明らかにすることを目的とする。	The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of taste stimulation by small amounts of Japanese beef (chuck short ribs) using physiological and psychological indicators in female undergraduate and graduate students.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	少量（3グラム）の三角バラ肉による味覚刺激(咀嚼・嚥下後90秒間) ⇒ 休憩時間 ⇒ 対照: 牛肉と同量の大豆代替肉による味覚刺激(咀嚼・嚥下後90秒間)	Taste stimulation by a small amount (about 3 g) of chuck short ribs (90 s after chewing and swallowing) -> Rest time -> Control: Taste stimulation with the same amount of soybean substitute meat (90 s after chewing and swallowing)
介入2/Interventions/Control_2	対照: 牛肉と同量の大豆代替肉による味覚刺激(咀嚼・嚥下後90秒間) ⇒ 休憩時間 ⇒ 少量（3グラム）の三角バラ肉による味覚刺激(咀嚼・嚥下後90秒間)	Control: Taste stimulation with the same amount of soybean substitute meat (90 s after chewing and swallowing) -> Rest time -> Taste stimulation by a small amount (about 3 g) of chuck short ribs (90 s after chewing and swallowing)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 体調不良の方 2) 呼吸器疾患を持っている方 3) 試験実施担当者が試験の対象として不適当と判断した方 4) 食品アレルギーを持っている方	1) Subjects who are in a poor physical condition 2) Subjects who have a respiratory illness 3) Subjects deemed inappropriate to participate in this study by the principal investigator 4) Subjects with food allergies
