①同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上､65歳未満の健常成人男女
②研究の目的・内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、書面で研究参加に同意した者

1)Healthy males and females aged 20 to 64 years-old.
2)Subjects who can make self-judgment and are voluntarily giving written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①糖尿病、腎・肝疾患、心疾患などの重篤な疾患、甲状腺疾患、副腎疾患、その他代謝性疾患に罹患している者、治療中の者、既往歴がある者
②慢性疾患を有し、薬剤を常用している者
③消化吸収に影響を与える消化器疾患及び消化器の手術歴がある者
④スクリーニング検査に行う血液検査から、研究対象者として不適当と判断された者
⑤直近2年間の冬に1度も上気道感染症の自覚症状がなかった者
⑥花粉症・アレルギー性鼻炎に罹患して薬剤を服用している者
⑦免疫に影響を及ぼす可能性があるサプリメント・健康食品（機能性表示食品を含む）の摂取を止めることができない者
⑧1日に純アルコール換算約60 gを超える過度の飲酒習慣がある者
⑨喫煙者
⑩ランニング、サッカー等、激しい運動習慣がある者
⑪スクリーニング検査、各検査前日からの禁酒が出来ない者
⑫研究食品の成分に対してアレルギーを有するとの申告があった者
⑬薬物依存、アルコール依存の既往歴あるいは現病歴がある者
⑭交代勤務者または深夜勤務者
⑮海外旅行等、海外への渡航を予定している者
⑯妊娠中、授乳中の者、もしくは妊娠の意思がある者
⑰スクリーニング検査2週間以内に、免疫機能に影響を及ぼすと考えられる薬剤（抗アレルギー薬、抗生物質を含む）を使用した者
⑱スクリーニング検査4週間以内に、200 mLまたは3か月以内に400 mLを超える採血・成分献血をした者
⑲同意取得1ヶ月以内に他の研究に参加していた者、参加の意思がある者
⑳その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

Subjects(who)
1) contract, are under treatment for or have a history of serious diseases (e.g., diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid gland disease, adrenal gland disease and/or metabolic disease).
2) have a chronic disease and regularly use medications.
3) have a history and/or a surgical history of digestive disease affecting digestion and absorption.
4) are judged as unsuitable for the current study by blood tests in screening test.
5) have had no subjective symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection in the last two winters.
6) contract pollinosis or allergic rhinitis and use drugs.
7) can't stop using supplements and/or functional foods (including Food for Specified Health Uses or Foods with Function Claims) affecting immune functions.
8) have excessive alcohol intake more than approximately 60 g/day of pure alcohol equivalent.
9) are smokers
10) have a habit of strenuous exercise such as running or soccer.
11) can't stop drinking from a day before each measurement.
12) have declared allergic reaction to ingredients of test foods.
13) are under treatment for or have a history of drug addiction and/or alcoholism.
14) are shiftworker and/or midnight-shift worker.
15) are planning to go abroad, such as on an overseas trip.
16) are pregnant or breastfeed or planning to become pregnant.
17) have used drugs (including antiallergic drugs and antibiotics) that are thought to affect immune function within two weeks prior to the screening test.
18) have donated over 200 mL of blood and/or blood components within the last four weeks prior to the screening test or over 400 mL of blood and/or blood components within the last three months prior to the screening test.
19) are planning to participate and/or had participated in other clinical studies within the last one month prior to the current study.
20) are judged as unsuitable for the current study by the investigator for other reasons.
