通常運動プログラム群:当院通所リハビリテーション利用時の運動プログラムである9種類のマシントレーニングの実施と10分間のリハビリ専門職による個別リハビリテーションを実施する.個別リハビリテーション実施時に,1週間の身体活動量について結果の提示とリハビリ専門職によるフィードバックを実施する.(Behavior Change Technique Taxonomy version 1, BCTTv1(Michie et al.2013)2つ使用) |
Regular exercise program group: Nine types of machine training, which is the exercise program used in the day-care rehabilitation program at our hospital, and individual rehabilitation by a rehabilitation specialist for 10 minutes will be conducted. At the time of the individual rehabilitation, the results of the weekly physical activity will be presented and feedback will be given by the rehabilitation specialist. (Two versions of Behavior Change Technique Taxonomy version 1, BCTTv1 (Michie et al. 2013) were used.) |

通常運動プログラム+ACT介入群:身体不活動の衝動に対処し,モチベーションを維持し,身体不活動を防ぐためのACTスキルを教示する.ACTスキルは合計8つのセッション数で構成され,「身体活動について考える」では,身体活動を増やす理由について考えるように促し,身体活動と身体不活動がもたらす一般的な健康被害についての情報を提供することで,身体活動を増やすことへの動機付けに焦点を当てる.「身体活動を増やすことへの準備」では,身体活動を増やす計画の立案,身体不活動行動,誘因,身体活動を増やす理由の確認,身体活動を増やすための社会的支援の確認,推奨身体活動量についてWHOガイドラインの情報を提供する.「身体活動」では,休みたいという欲求を避けるために,代替行動(例:買い物へ行く)を見つけたり,忙しく過ごすなどのスキルを紹介する.「身体活動の継続」では,身体活動を継続するためのヒント,動機付け,行動,そして欲求と戦い前向きになることなど,休みたくなったときに対処するためのスキルを紹介する.(ACT+Behavior Change Technique Taxonomy version 1, BCTTv1(Michie et al.2013)6つ使用) |
The ACT skills will consist of a total of eight sessions: "Thinking about Physical Activity" will focus on motivating people to increase physical activity by encouraging them to think about the reasons for increasing physical activity and providing information about the common health hazards of physical activity and physical inactivity. The "Think about Physical Activity" session focuses on motivating people to increase physical activity by encouraging them to think about the reasons for increasing physical activity and providing information about the common health hazards of physical activity and physical inactivity. Preparing for Increased Physical Activity provides information on planning for increased physical activity, physical inactivity behaviors, triggers, identifying reasons for increased physical activity, identifying social support for increased physical activity, and WHO guidelines for recommended amounts of physical activity. Physical Activity introduces skills such as finding alternative activities (e.g., going shopping) and staying busy to avoid the desire to rest. Continuing Physical Activity provides tips for continuing physical activity, motivation, action, and skills for coping with cravings, such as fighting cravings and staying positive. 当院通所リハビリテーション利用者の内,65歳以上の高齢者で自記式アンケートの記入が可能な者で自力歩行が可能な者とする.

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria |
1)アルツハイマー型認知症やパーキンソン病・うつ病などの健康上の問題を有する者
2)指示理解が困難な者
3)除外基準に関するデータが欠落している者
4)基本的日常生活レベルに介助を要している者
5)患者本人もしくは患者家族からの同意が得られなかった者 |
