選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

琉球大学病院・関連病院に通院中であり、1型糖尿病の肥満・非肥満患者で、18歳以上60歳未満の成人を対象とする。

Obese and without obese patients with type 1 diabetes between the ages of 18 and 60 who are currently attending the University of the Ryukyus Hospital and affiliated hospital.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

本研究のデザインは横断的であり、対象者は研究機関の長の倫理審査許可日～2023年 3月 31日の期間で琉球大学附属病院と関連施設に受診した患者で選択基準に合致した全員とした。肥満のあるまたはなしの1型糖尿病患者で認知や行動に関わる扁桃体の形態変化と空腹時と食事後の課題遂行型 fMRI施行下でのBOLD変化について比較する。

The participants of this study were all patients who met the criteria and were seen at the University of the Ryukyus Hospital and related facilities during the period from the date of ethical review approval by the Ethics Committee of University of the Ryukyus for Medical and Health Research Involving Human Subjects to March 31, 2023. We will examine cross sectionally, and compare morphological change of amygdala which recognition and behavior , and profile BOLD change of brain in patients with or without obese type 1 diabetes using task-related functional MRI.
